Whether or not you are on IF, you should watch what you eat.

Top of the list for the causes of obesity is diet. In reality, we always know that what we eat matters, and we know what we need to but we often lack the resolve.

IF YOU WANT TO KEEP in good health, for example, you must eat fruits and vegetables. They provide the fiber, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals that your body needs; your body craves them.

However, currently, we focus on eating processed meats placated with a side dish of vegetables and this is more harmful than it is good.

Forget mashed potatoes and French fries, to watch your meals, you want to zoom in on vegetables like cucumbers, celery, broccoli and tomatoes.

Sure, they might be bland, compared to deep fried potatoes, but one cannot begin to compare the two when it comes to health benefits.
