Fish with Orange Ginger Sauce

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

4 white fish fillets

1 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp. orange zest

1 tbsp. orange juice

1 tsp. ginger, grated

3 green onions, chopped

1 cup fish stock

Preparation:

1) Brush the fish fillets with olive oil.

2) Season with the salt and pepper.

3) Add the fish stock and the rest of the ingredients in the Instant Pot.

4) Place a steamer rack inside.

5) Put the fish on top of the rack.

6) Cover the pot.

7) Choose manual function.

8) Cook at high pressure for 7 minutes.

9) Drizzle the sauce over the fish before serving.

Serving Suggestion: Garnish with lemon wedges.

Tip: Use freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly grated orange zest for this recipe.
