four-ingredient soured cream with chives

Load this vegan soured cream over the Tortilla tacos, for a tangy flavour experience.

Makes 1 small pot

8 tbsp unsweetened soya yoghurt

Juice of ΒΌ unwaxed lemon

Pinch of sea salt

Small handful of chives, finely chopped

In a bowl, whisk together the soya yoghurt and lemon juice until combined. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle in the sea salt and whisk again. Stir through the chives.

Opt for unsweetened, plain soya yoghurt for this recipe. You can use the rest to make a curry extra creamy, or make your own flavoured sweet yoghurt with fruits you have available.
